Hey t-3ers!! I just got back from Punch Buggy 97 in New Jersey..As usual it was WAY hot. There were only two type 3s in the car show and I didn't see any racing...BUT one of the cars is for sale and it is NICE. I can't afford it but someone who can should check into this. The seller of this car (John A Bravo) can be reached at (215) 741-0246. It's a 1968 peru green squareback with 19000 original miles...frankly I felt a little sick seeing such a car with no signs of decay. Anyway he wants $11,500 for it. The dealer prep sheet is in the window showing it's original price to be around $2,400 back in 1968. On another note I was lucky enough to find a front bumper for my 69 (no I didn't take it off the other guy's car.) I paid $40.00 for it...I hope I didn"t get rolled. I also picked up a spare automatic transmission so when..I mean if my 69 continues his evil behavior, I will have something to fall back on (If it's any good) At $25.00, I either got a good deal, or an expensive greasy paperweight. PS My Empi wheels aren't for sale. If I can't put them on the squareback, they are going on the convertible.sorry. stay cool. allan.
