Thanks to everyone who responded to my "im in smog hell" message. I ended up printing out everyones suggestions and giving them to Mr. Nissan mechanic. He was very suprised but impressed. Well, within one day he was able to smog it! Needless to say i was thrilled. It's now sitting in my driveway awaiting registration. Since i waited well over a month for this car, he took off $150 (essentially the tax i'll have to pay dmv), so i got this wonderful little Sqbk which ended up being a '68 not '70 for only $1550! My 3 yr old son Noah is still needs convincing about this whole thing, he had his heart set on another '71 Bus. I'm sure time, and a few road trips will turn him into another T3 fanatic. I'm planning on taking the car to him for some inital adjustments and an overall inspection.
