My guess was yes, all alike. Looking at the microfilm makes me think that
there might have been 3: plain, safety (laminated), sunstripe (dark band
across the top). I don't know, but the microfilm starts at the "D" version
indicating 4 possible earlier versions.

Hooo boy, I give. Microfilm lists 19.

68 had filler flap with thumb notch
69 the same without thumb notch
66-7 had small wrap around turn signals, no filler flap
-65 had pointy turn signals, no filler flap
each of these had the option of side marker lights
So I guess: 8.
Microfilm lists 10. So what did I miss?
