OOOooo, bubba, you ARE asking for it, AREN'T yah? Keith, on my T-3 seats (and my KG seats also) I stripped them down to the frame put some STIFF (underline stiff) carpet, like comercial grade, on the springs. (Use your new seatcovers as a pattern to cut your materials) Then I put foam, to replace the mostly missing horse-hair stuffing, glued to the carpet. This sheet foam you can get at a cloth store, walmart, etc. I can't remember which thickness I used in the T-3, but feel along the sides of your current seats and you can feel how thich your horse hair is/was. Add a little to the thickness depending on your preference for firmness. (it will compress). I also put one more layer of carpet on top of the foam to make it durable. Then the seat covers. It will take some muscle depending on how much foam you added. be sure to glue the carpet and foam together or it will creep around between the cover and the springs and it will be a PAIN to disassemble in order to straighten it. good Luck, Big Al awpresley@earthlink.net
