Are you sure the door seals are the problem? Of course if you are caught in
the flooding out there that could be part of it, but a common problem is
water that comes in through the vents in front of the windshield. To fix
this you need to make sure the drain hoses are in place and unobstructed.
Someone else here was having trouble with a 66-67 that had some rust holes
in the metal collection boxes under there. I know later ones (68-70) are
plastic, but apparently early ones use a metal part. That would be one of
the few places where the change from a metal part to a plastic part was a
good one.
