A friend of mine has a 73 pan that is not perfect, but it is in very good
condition. You don't say where you are, but it is for sale if you want it.

Could be many things. How do you know that it is flooding?
If it dies from flooding it could be the temp sensor, the voltage regulator,
the pressure sensor hose....
If it dies from starvation it could be the pressure sensor, the temp sensor,
the throttle valve switch, the fuel pump, the fuel filter....
There are many possibilities. What have you checked? There is no point in
just replacing things until you stumble on a solution. A little checking
can eliminate many of them.
