Can't you smell that smell??
OK I have one for everyone. ON the 71,2, and 3 Sqbks I have had and driven
over the years each one would pass a fart of exaust gas into the interior
when the accelerator is lifted completely and swiftly from highway speed
(~3300rpm). Its short in duration and clears quickly but is quite pungent.
Yes the exaust system is stock and tight, NO LEAKS Body seals are all good
as well.
1 interesting note, the 67 Fast I had once didn't do this at all. This
has me thinking maybe its inherant to the flowthru fresh air systems of the
71-3's or maybe just the Squares.
Has anyone experienced this and if so have you had someone sniff around for you while decelleration?
