Your rear brake shoes are frozen to the drums. This is usually a cable
problem, but can be overcome by inserting a large punch through the
inspection holes in the brake backing plate and giving it a hard WHACK!
This will move the shoe slightly sideways and break it free.
Remember: the shoe INSPECTION holes, not the adjustment holes!
