oil cooler/heaters

I've seen the ads for an oil cooler that you can run inside your  car,
and use as a heater.  I don't know anyone who has ever tried one but the
idea sounds good.  What I'd like to know is if anyone has tried one,
whether the heater worked very well, and did it keep the engine cool as
well as a stock cooler.  I would also like to know if they make rear
sway bars for swing axle t-3's.
