When I changed my windshield gasket a few years ago, the west coast metric
item was too small (ordered through Keith's Foreign Auto Parts). I got an
OEM replacement from Jim Ellis VW which was also a teeny tiny bit too
small, but it got installed. I had to fill the corners with silicone. How
does this help you? I don't know really.
