Good luck!  I was lucky enough to find mine through the internet when
someone was selling off a bunch of miscellaneous tools and parts.  He had a
list 2 pages long and that one part stood out and waved at me. 'Here I am!,'
it said.  You might try Snap On for a modern equivalent.  Before I found
this I managed to do the job several times with a regular size pair of vise
grips opened up just about all the way.  

By the way, if any of you ever come across any of those small heat
exchangers, don't throw them away with the old muffler because they aren't
available anymore.  If you can't get them off, cut them off where the neck
goes into the muffler.
