A Question for you. It has finally got to the time of year, warmer, for me to start working on my fastback. The two main tasks for this year are firstly add a fully mapped ignition and fuel injection system, which is currently happening slowly, and the second, which is where I need advice, is to remove the rear torsion bars infavour of race spec coil over dampers, and replace the spring plates with adjustable rods, with a sphereical bearing in place of the big rubber donut bushes. My Question is thus, Does anyone know the spring rate of the standard torsion springs to give me a rough starting point for tuning the suspension. Hopefully the suspension changes should save weight and enable tuning of the geometry and ride height to be simplified. All this has to be done for the first race at the end fo April.
