First things first, right? > >-Greg >'69 & '71 Squarebacks >'63 Beetle hmmm..You mean that this book was not the real thing? It states "VW Original parts Illustrated Catalogue" in six different languages and on the back says: © Volkswagen AG Printed in Germany Ÿnderungen vorbehalten <---Do not know what this means 9/1993 000.7340.83.89 I think it will be good as a reference only. BTW the book is 114 pages long and there are pictures exploded all the way, including engine. The other parts book I have is called "Replacement Parts For Volkswagen 1500-1600" Imported Motor Parts, by Beck Distributing Corp. This book has all the information we need . It has about 100 or so pages and is good for '61-65 models. It was issued in August 66 Let me know if it helps.
