Dove Blue

Does anyone know the formula to mix up Dove Blue?  None of the paint
suppliers here can't seem to figure out the formula nor are willing to
take the time try and find out how.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Maggie is progressing slowly.. took a slight break from her only due to
financial set backs.  Things are improving though as she sits at the body
shop.
