I didn't take it (yet). If you live anywhere west of the Mississippi and
drive to two out-of-town shows, you're over that limit. Insure it but
not drive it? Catch-22.
Not to quibble too much, but by driving with only the legal minimums
you're insuring other people, not yourself. Congrats on the refund,
though, that's a new one on me.
