how many cooling tins are there

I am going to have to fix up my squareback to drive s I need to rebuild the
engine, ok I am going to get it rebuilt. I have to questions
1 how many cooling tins are there I only see the one's on the top of the
engine and the bottom piece that helps to force air over the heads
2 is there anyone who knows a good engine person on the west cast I live
near Las Vegas.

P.S. does anybody know anything about those fabric sunroof from Phoenix. I
need the open space and I need more headroom
