Thing floor pans (I know it not a type III)

Yes I know this is a Type III news group but my close friend who has a
thing is looking for metal floor pans does anyone know of any or does
any know if bugs or ghia will work, my friend really needs new ones. (I
tried to get him to get a type III but we could not find a decent one at
the time)
