If you can get them, get a set the Brazalian Brosols they are identical to the original carbies that came off the carby model T3's and come with electric chokes and cut off's. and then hunt round for a pancake filter, there are 3 types but all much the same and are all interchangeable - when you chase up a set of manifolds try and get the ones with 2 balance pipes on each as the engine runs a lot smoother with these.
