My '65 has a rheostat-controlled variable windshield wiper speed. To my naked eye, I see no difference in the speed when I turn the knob. To those of you who have a rheostat that works, what is the approximate difference in speeds? I suspect mine is stuck on fast, which is better than slow with the rain I've been seeing lately...
