Re: tranny for sale

Hmmm, along these lines...

I need a temporary tranny, preferably a stock geared T3 one, for my baby. What
will fit without modification (i.e. bolt in). I *believe* the current tranny is
a Type I...I probably should squeeze under her and look at the case number to
make sure.

I will do the swap/install/whatever myself since I finally have a garage. I
have never touched the tranny except to change the oil so this will be my first
'major' venture into my babe.

I have no complaints about driving my Porsche, but I sure miss the bejeebers
outta my Square!

I bought a rebuilt tranny for my ghia a few months ago. I no longer have that
ghia, and need money for a resto in progress. Soooo, I'm asking $300obo for
it:
stock professional rebuild, comes with new pressure plate, t/o bearing, and
clutch disc.
