Measure the outside diameter of the larger opening and buy a length of 
carburetor preheat hose, preferably the fiberglass impregnated stuff -- it lasts
much longer than the plain paper stuff.  Clamp it using worm drive hose clamps 
(stainless steel ones).

I don't know if they make a preheat hose that's as small as the cool air pipe 
one.  Mine were removed when I went to carbs so I never needed to replace it.

Help!

I need two heater hoses for a '68 fastback:
One fat flex hose that connects the heat exchanger to the box that controls
the mixture of hot and cool air.
One thinner flex hose that connects the cool air pipe to the same box.

I'm c-c-c-old!
