Measure the outside diameter of the larger opening and buy a length of carburetor preheat hose, preferably the fiberglass impregnated stuff -- it lasts much longer than the plain paper stuff. Clamp it using worm drive hose clamps (stainless steel ones). I don't know if they make a preheat hose that's as small as the cool air pipe one. Mine were removed when I went to carbs so I never needed to replace it.
