cry for help, weird car spotted

This post has nothing to do with vw's but, 
 since we've all got type 3's, we all share a love of "odd" cars.

Here's one for you, 

a car was advertised in a local publication recently, it was called
a "Goggle Mobile." it was in bad shape, the year was unknown and
the Manufacturer was Unknown!

what i do know from a phone call with the owner is that the 
title says Goggle (under the make category), and car looked sort
of like a really rounded beetle (yes try to picture a beetle being
even more rounded).

the owner knew nothing about the engine, and didn't exactly want to
talk to me anymore, because i was asking him questions he didn't know
the answers to, so i don't know if the engine was mounted in
the front or the rear (he quickly got off the phone with me)

does anyone know what the heck this thing is??

$400.00 would drive it home..

in other odd car sightings, i saw an amphibicar for sale! there are
only 1,400 of them left, they (as the name suggests) can go on
land or sea, they have a triumph tr-7 engine, and 2 bilge pumps.
it was a 64'.

again though i don't know the manufacturer of this one either.
