Get the Bentley manual and ignore the confusion that the others all have.
FI 73 Type III is timed to 5 deg BTDC; that's the next to right notch on the
pulley on your car.

If you got the cam gear properly timed when you installed it, you have no
problem. A type I and a type III use the same cam.
