Dual Port Carb setup

I have begun m quest to get set up with dual carbs...
     If you remember, I have the HIGH rise single now. 

I need dual port intake and a set of carbs (I'm sure I need a mess of
other items to get set up too).
I am in Hillsboro OR.  Can anyone help me out?  (I'm on a budget)
