I don't know maybe not-Where's your location? The one in Michigan was pretty sad. It too had a type one motor almost hanging by a thread with hardly any support. I can also say with experience that all these little repairs add up extremely fast. Which spells a lot of money. As Greg pointed out, what is your aim: to have a good solid car for as little as possible, or having the intimate knowledge of doing a full restoration?
