That rear hanger is meant to take a couple of mm's off of the engine
however I have seen so many early type 3's with that hanger ripped off
of the body I decided to put extra shims (factory shims) between the
hanger and the mount because I dont want to tear mine from the body. You
should find the shims anywhere where early type 3's are getting wrecked.
I would rather replace the main engine mounts than have my engine rip
the body away which if I look carefully at the body I have found one
very small tear in the steel! Be aware!
