Basic maintenance

Hello all!
     As a new owner of a '71 squareback, I am in need of basic maintenance 
information.  Anyone who would be able to help me out with such information 
as; how to "lean" and "rich" the fuel mixture on the jetronic fuel injection 
system, valve adjustment parameters and point adjustment parameters as well as 
recommendations for the proper oil to use (I live in Florida) would be greatly 
appreciated.  Also, any recommendations on literature pertaining to 
maintenance would be greatly appreciated, as well as where I would go to get 
it.  I heard that the Chilton manual for this model vehicle leaves a lot to be 
desired, so I am staying clear of it.
