Re: HELP!!!- Heads/Injector

                      RE>>HELP!!!- Heads/Injectors 4/6/97

Hello T-3 Owner>

I put my heads off of a (1966 FB) in the shop and I didn't mark them before I
sent them in. You know with some kind of marking to let you know what head
goes right and what head goes left. The question is it of any great important
that they go back the way they came off. By the way the heads had to have the
val guild replace. If that make any different.

Chistopher,

If it is a rebuilt head, you MAY have a leg to stand on. It depends on
how good of a relationship you have with the rebuilder. Unfortubnately,
there are too many loop holes that you probably not get any credit for a
new one.

Not knowing who the rebuilder is, I can't say. But I don't rely on
rebuilt mechanical parts, unless it is VW or Bosche rebuilt. The quality
of workmanship is just not there anymore.

Good Luck.
