T3 list admin. info

Hi folks,

	the T3 list membership is currently over the 180 mark and growing
steadily.  I get plenty of error messages every day from bounced mail,
which I usually just redirect to the trash.  Every once and a while,
though, I go through them and find the addresses w/ really bad errors
(such as "no such user") and remove those folks from the list. 

	I understand that there are occaisonally bad connections & that
machines go down from time to time, so I don't unsub folks at the drop of
a hat.  If you ever feel that you've been removed from the list by
mistake, just send me a note.
