It has the bellows for the air intake.  Got it.
The engine is laid out the same as the ones in the Haynes manual, with
the exception of the FI being replaced by a Holley carb (2bl).  The gen.
is to the left, with the Dist, fuel pump, and oil fill plug to the
right.  The oil fill port is up high, and the oil dip stick is further
to the right, but down low.  Where are my engine numbers?  I looked and
looked, but the only markings I could find were by the oil pan stating
"MEXICO AS 41" and "12M 043.101.102A".  I must be looking in the wrong
place, because these look nothing like the numbers in my books.
Also, as asked, the carb sticks up above the trunk level, and is boxed
in by an 8" riser through the trunk lid. All other parts are below the
trunk bottom.  There are separate air intakes for each cylinder. 
Everything but the carb and oil fill ports looks stock.

Did aliens transplant my engine?
