M code problems

I've got a slight problem, and so did my computer. Someone, I think it 
was Jim from Melissa and Jim, typed in all the M codes he knew and sent 
them as an attachment. First problem: my netscape browser didn't want to 
read that and subsequently crashed the computer (darn). Last thing it 
said was that I needed a plugin and when trying to download that it 
stopped and died on me. Second problem is that I subsequently lost the 
Email completely and some other stuff I was doing at the same time. Can 
whoever typed the M codes in please sent them to me again, and tell me 
what I need to read the attachment, please ? thanks.
