Mud flap brackets needed

I just bought some black with white VW logo mud flaps for the rear of my '72 
Squareback.  The brackets that came with it would work great on a fricken Bug; 
twisted a bit and they'd fit a Bus.  I'm looking for someone who has made a 
professional-looking pair of brackets that bolt to the rear bumper mounting 
holes and extend forward to hold the mud flaps (depending upon the metal used, a
third mount may be needed towards the mud flap end to keep it from sagging under
the weight).  I would like to keep tar, rocks and rubber out of the paint.  I do
not have bumpers and do not plan on ever having bumpers.  Anyone?
