Turn Signal Light

Check the quality of the connections at the base of the bulb; you may not be 
making good contact at either the ground (shell of the bulb) or to the 
necessary end contact.  It is also common for water to get in there and 
corrode away one of the spring contacts (there should be two) in the socket. 
 This can be fixed with parts from another car.
