years of T3 w/ round turn signals

Which years of T3's had round front turn signals and round back-up
lights in the rear?  Mine is a '69, and I haven't seen any others with
the round back-up lights, not even in catalogs.  If anyone else has
these (2-3" dia.), how are they removed?  They have a strange looking
white lens that's not totaly clear (or even transparent for all I can
tell).  There are no screws through the lens, and it doesn't seem
visible from underneath or inside the trunk.  They don't light up in
reverse, and I was wondering how to fix them.  What gives here?
