Whoa! That must have been VERY hard to find.

OEM cables are captive inside their housing, so they need to be installed
with the correct amount of end play: Route so the cable won't hit anything
when the car is on its wheels (I _think_ this means OVER the tie rod), push
the cable through the rubber bushing in the steering knuckle until the end
pops thru the bearing cap, install the circlip or cotter pin.
Then reach behind the knuckle and pull the housing out of the knuckle
(toward the center of the car) taking all the freeplay out of the
cable/housing, then push the housing 1/4" back into the knuckle. This will
give just the right amount of play to allow the cable to run smoothly in
spite of expanding or contracting with the temperature outside.
