Tim,
        I would imagine that 205/60/13 would work well.  My 8-spokes were 15 
inch and I barely rubbed.  I would rub only when turning a corner and hitting a 
bump at the same time.  I believe a 205/30/13 is a little about one inch shorter
than a 195/50/15.  I say that because a 195/50/15 should be (15" wheel 
dia+50%xwidth=18.8"total heigth.) So a 205/60/13 should be (13" wheel dia 
+60%xwidth=17.8"total heigth.)
        I know if I hoad one more inch to play with I would have not rubbed.
