Alan Presley=> The elbow you have is actually for the right side of the => motor and it is supposed to point twards the front of the car. It => goes to the Heater junction box under the body where the heater box => enters the body. I already have both cool-air ducts (20mm OD) connected from the elbows forward through the tin, as you describe, and out to the heater thermo boxes up front. (7/8" flexible tubing from the JC Whitney catalog works well for this and looks pretty good, too.) Elsewhere, the output nipple from the #2 (right front) heat exchanger pumps warm air through the pipe under the right head tin (warming it further) and the nipple under the air mixing box (attached to the body), thus into the air cleaner. Getting that hooked up made a big difference for me in terms of warmup speed and smooth idling in cold weather. That's a 20mm ID duct. These are all twice as large as the extra little 10mm guy on the left that's been perplexing me. What do you think of the charcoal-filter idea mentioned previously?
