Thanks, Ill check this. The tank in the car now was in good shape when I installed it about 10 years ago and Ive kept a good overflow hose on but its been that long since Ive peeked inside. The car is due for all new fuel lines next year anyway. If the diaphragm in the regulator got stiff with age, would that cause this problem?? Keith Subject: Re: [T3] Bad fuel pressure reg! This would be rare. As Jim said, check for restrictions in the return line. The retrun fitting in the tank has a small orifice.
