Hi all ANOTHER fuel pressure regulator is starting to go! 8 years ago I had one start to run the pressure high on a trip back from N Dakota, Jim cut it apart and found nothing anomalous. On the way back from PA I noticed it starting to flood during warmed up starts and its shooting up to 38-40 PSI when the engine first starts, then only coming back to 34-5. It ran OK on the way back at this pressure but it kept doing this all day yesterday. This morning it was fine, but I did have to adjust it for the first time in many years this past spring. I wonder what is causing this kind of failure?
