I should add:

All type 3 calipers use the same sealing boot. Early type 4s use this 
same boot.

Late type 4 calipers use a different boot, a longer piston, and a 
thicker pad.

I have all of these parts if you need them.

Beetle boots, seals, retaining plates are all different. Some beetle 
pads are the same as early type 3 pads. Everything else is different.
