RE: [T3] My Square's engine... what to do?


That is reassuring, these valves hold their adjustment very well, I have one
more adjustment to do before the trip.  I did get down there with a
screwdriver and tried to rock the stem to see if there was more play than
the intake valves and their didn't seem to be.  The rest of the engine Im
still confident about.

If they have been holding a good adjustment for that long, I would think
you would be OK. Usually, before the valve breaks, it will stretch,
causing the valve to tighten.
