"Cleveland Discol - the alcohol blend".  Advert here in the '60s.  Might even
have been better in the winter to reduce carb ice in the old 30hp (DIN) Bug,
when the lack of pre-heat got the water condensate freezing over the idle port.

I don't think the fuel system can be sealed or it would creak and groan as
pressure and temp changed.
