[T3] fastback 1/4 removal how do you

Hey all parting out a fast back (she is real tough) runs good fi 1600
it has pop out 1/4 windows the ones that bend the glass
how do you remove them the seals are toast so I can cut them but not sure
how the glass is held for the bend
or should it slide out of a groove or something
