[T3] Starter solenoid/motor?

After turning my car(1970 FI squareback) off at a gas station, I tried 
to restart the car and nothing happened(no noise, accept maybe the fuel 
pump).  I had lights but it just wouldn't turn over.  I got home by 
popping the clutch after my friends pushed me.  It drove fine after 
popping the clutch.  I'm guessing this means that the starter is no 
good.  Could it be anything else.  I don't even know where the starter 
is, but I have my manuals, hopefully it won't be too crazy to take it 
out.
