OK, so it looks like you turned off at Winnemucca as I had planned, we will branch off your route a ways up 95 and head up 140 instead. If we gas up in Winnemucca we should have enough to get to Lakeview, and there IS a town on the boarder on 140 too. Hope its not TOO hot... even a dry heat! Thanks Hal! Keith Pretty much all of the I-80 corridor from SLC to Reno is high desert. Dry, hot, boring, and long stretches of empty. And that's the major highway. Get away from it and gas opportunities are even farther apart. For '02, the route we took from CA was east to Winnemucca, then cutting north & east to Parma.
