It took mere seconds to presssurize the system. The pressure regulator whined for a little while, but eventually stopped after running for about 1 minute. The system maintained 30 lbs of pressure (which I assume would drop a touch when the injectors are actually firing) while the pump ran, and dropped to 19 lbs when the pump cut out. Now the #4 injector is leaking again, and the pressure is dropping steadily. Oddly enough, I only saw fuel leaking out when the pressure dropped- when the pressure was high, the injector wasn't leaking.
