In this case, you have the late seat style, which is different from those others have been discussing here lately. In this late system the seats ride on a 3 point system, where there are 2 rear points which slide in rails and then a front center point which is supposed to lock.

I gather that the problem is that your front center locking pin won't
stay engaged, so that the seat slides forward and back all the time.

There is a spring which pulls the pin into engagement. I don't
remember exactly how that spring is attached, but it should be clear
if you look at the driver's side. Your passenger side spring might
just be missing. If so, you should be able to replace it with
something from a hardware store which would serve the same function.

In addition, there is a leaf spring as part of that center support
which is supposed to keep the seat from sliding too far when it is
being purposely adjusted, so that it won't go off the end of the
track. Perhaps you are also missing this spring, also.

I might be able to come up with parts if you can explain more
precisely what your problem is.
