Ratio of sidewall height to width. This tire is 80% of 165, 132mm R=Tire construction type. R for Radial. Bias ply tires are D, 15=Diameter of rim in inches. 86=Load index, a code corresponding to the weight that tire can carry by itself T=T speed rating, 118 mph.
