RE: [T3] i need FI help

I also had an occational miss that turned out to be an intermittant head
temp sensor, finally got worse to the point of cutting out completely for
several seconds at a time.

The 1776 will probably work with the FI, with some dinking around,
but I don't think you'll find it very much improved. Skippy will
probably still be with you.

I'd start by trying to find the cause of the skipping (missing?)
How's your gas mileage? Have you cleaned (but not filed) the FI
trigger points? Dwell between 45 and 55 degrees?

When does the skipping occur and could you describe skipping a bit?

If it only occurs while cruising, then just unplug the throttle valve
switch and drive it that way for a couple of days. If that makes it
go away, replace the TVS. (Applies mostly to 72-3 cars.)
