There is A LOT Of play in where the bumpers will be, even if they've never
been hit.  I like the lights idea as they are not likely to float around
much during assy,

I think I used page 2 that used the center of the lights, top of the
bumpers, 
those dimensions. I realise that they won't totally work for his 71, but
they 
could be used on his 65. : )
